Moulya's Kitchen prepares fresh homemade meals and delivers them to customers within our service areas.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our delivery areas, time slots, fees, and what you can expect when your order is on its way.

1. Service Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas within the greater Brisbane region.

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout when you enter your delivery address. If your address is outside our service area or beyond our delivery radius, you will be notified before payment is completed.

Service areas and delivery coverage may change from time to time. The website will display current availability when you place an order.

2. Delivery Days and Time Slots

Delivery is available on selected days and time slots shown during checkout and on the weekly menu.

When placing an order, you must select:

• A delivery date; and
• An available delivery time slot.

Delivery slots are subject to capacity limits. If a slot becomes full, it may no longer be available for selection.

Orders are prepared fresh and scheduled for delivery within your selected time window.

3. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed before the applicable order cut-off time displayed on the website for your selected delivery date or menu item.

Cut-off times may vary depending on the product, delivery date, or weekly menu schedule. The cut-off shown at checkout is the authoritative deadline for your order.

Orders submitted after the cut-off may not be accepted for the selected delivery period.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may apply and are calculated based on your delivery address and distance from our nearest kitchen.

The delivery fee for your order will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment.

Delivery fees are non-refundable where an order has been prepared or dispatched, except where required under Australian Consumer Law or our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

• Street address, suburb, and postcode;
• Contact phone number;
• Delivery instructions (e.g. gate code, unit number, safe drop location).

If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, we may be unable to complete delivery. Additional charges or redelivery fees may apply where delivery fails due to customer-provided errors.

6. Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected time slot to receive the order, unless you have provided clear instructions for a safe drop-off location.

Food products are perishable. Once delivered, orders should be refrigerated or consumed promptly in accordance with any instructions provided.

Delivery time windows are estimates. While we aim to deliver within your selected slot, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather, operational factors, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your delivery — such as a missing item, incorrect order, damaged packaging, or a delivery failure caused by us — please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with our Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Failed or Missed Deliveries

Delivery may be considered unsuccessful where:

• No one is available to receive the order and no safe drop-off instructions were provided;
• The contact number provided is incorrect or unreachable;
• Access to the delivery location is not possible; or
• Incorrect address details were supplied.

In such cases, we are not obliged to provide a refund for perishable goods that cannot be safely redelivered or reused. Each situation will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Catering and Special Deliveries

Catering orders may involve separate delivery arrangements, including minimum order quantities, advance booking requirements, and event-specific delivery windows.
